WHAT’S YOUR TRIBE?

Gardere Community Christian School’s students enjoy the school’s tribe program. Every 1st-5th grader has a spot, and each tribe has its own attributes. Learn more below.

Q. What do the tribe names mean?

1. Every tribe name means “Let’s Go!” in a different language, because God doesn’t want us to live life on the sidelines. He wants us to enjoy an abundant life and GO into the world as ambassadors for His kingdom.

• Each month, tribes meet to play team building games, learn Bible verses, and get to know each other across grade levels.

• Each student can earn “Dojo” points at any time through good behavior. Dojo points add up for the monthly tribe competition and the end-of-year tribe trophy!

• Tribes promote school unity and a positive school culture.
