The 2025-26 school year is upon us!

In just days, the amazing GCCS faculty and staff will welcome 175 beautiful, energetic children to our campus. We’ve missed those smiles and look forward to a year full of love and light bulb moments. Please join us in prayer for the hearts and minds of the Gardere children.

As you may have heard, state funding changed this year and about twenty of our Kindergarten families will not receive the expected state scholarships. As a result, we are asking the Baton Rouge community to help us BRIDGE THE GAP for these children and their families.

New Friends & New Growth

“Jeremiah” is a neighborhood child who came to GCCS for the first time in summer school. He is a strong reader, but struggles in Math. He was eager to please his teacher, but needed extra guidance in conflict resolution and impulse control. By the end of the summer program, Jeremiah made “HUGE” gains in Math, in self control, and he made a lot of new friends. The GCCS team is excited to have Jeremiah join this year’s third grade class. Welcome to the Eagle family, Jeremiah!
