Summer Enrichment Camp

This summer, our focus has been literacy and the arts. Students have been immersed in reading, building essential skills and a love for learning.

Through our partnership with the Louisiana Division of the Arts, they’ve also explored music, dance, and visual arts. Palacios House of Arts, Of Moving Colors, and Line4Line have poured into our students, helping develop the whole child and enriching their lives now and into the future.

Help Combat the Pencil Monsters

Did you know the average family spends about $150 per child each year on school supplies? This includes replacements when items run out or disappear - possibly from those sneaky pencil monsters! Help the students of GCCS start the 2026-27 school year off right. We’ve made it easy to make a difference for kids in need:

• Order supplies from our registry

• Send them directly to the school or to your home and drop them off any time

• Please send by July 13th so we have time to fill in the gaps
