When the school’s founder, Mrs. Nancy Zito, drove through the neighborhood in 2009, she looked into the faces of the children and heard God speak, “Teach my children.” When she told others her vision of a Christian school for the children of Gardere, people thought she was crazy. They said it couldn’t be done. Fifteen years later, GCCS serves 160+ 3-yr-old - 5th grade students per year with the highest academic outcomes in the area! On Friday, November 1st, GCCS broke ground on phase one of its permanent building plan.
